TRAINEE- CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

We are searching for Trainee for Customer Service Officer with exceptional communication skills and a good work ethic. As a Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include answering customer questions and providing support to general inquiries of customers. You will make notes on our computer system and have an optimistic and adaptable attitude.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are key
Knowledge in Office – PowerPoint, word and excel
Fast learner – able to learn quickly our products and services and adopt to our business processes
Goal Oriented, strong work ethic, self-directed, and resourceful
Able to multitask and respond to rapid change

Duties:

Answer phone, email, and other communication channels for customer inquiries
Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing and Technical team for customer inquiries and projects
Create and maintain reports on customer interactions
Update customer records in our system, including notes about conversations and outcomes
Present ideas for improving customer care
Participate in team-building activities
Develop customer rapport
Encourage customers to complete satisfaction surveys
Make recommendations to managers to improve customer experience!
Assist our Sales and Accounting in daily operations

Requirements:

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree from any field of study
Willing to undergo On the Job training with Salary
Background in the IT industry and any sales-related experience an advantage
Must report at our Head Office in West Avenue Quezon City
May require field work when necessary
